  • Interested parties of our website and patients of our practice who are natural persons
  • All other natural persons who are in contact with our practice (e.g. authorized representatives of patients, legal guardians of patients, employees of legal entities, visitors to our website)

We collect personal data from you when you contact us, e.g. by e-mail or telephone, and wish to make an appointment for treatment. We process the following personal data:

  • Personal details (e.g. first and last name, address, date and place of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, insurance status);

We only collect data on children if they are presented to our practice as patients by their legal guardians.

Seals or widgets of jameda GmbH, St. Cajetan-Straße 41, 81669 Munich are integrated on our website. A widget is a small window that displays variable information. Our seal also works in a similar way, i.e. it does not always look the same, but the display changes regularly. Although the corresponding content is displayed on our website, it is retrieved from the jameda servers at that moment.
